Please note bookings must be done through the EmbellishU™ App or Website (NO TEXT, CALL, OR EMAIL). After you book through the EmbellishU™ App or Website - you will receive a confirmation email shortly after you book - if you don't receive a confirmation email, your appointment was not scheduled. 50% of your service will be deducted at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% will be charged at the salon upon checking out. You must cancel within 24 hrs, or 50% of the service will be charged. NO SHOWS will be charged the remaining balance of 50%. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Cancellations must be done 48 hours before your appointment, or you will be CHARGED.

New Clients Cancellations- When you reserve a spot, you must change or cancel within 24 hours of your service. If not, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. We take our time seriously, as we do yours. (New client is someone who has never had a paid transaction in Embellish U).

Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allow our team to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations/Rescheduling made within 24 hours and less notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.

please arrive ON TIME  to your scheduled reservation. If you are earlier than 3 minutes, please wait in the car until your scheduled time. This keeps our vibe relaxing, and we want the same for you and all of our guests' services. Please use the BUZZER to the right of the door, and you will be buzzed in. This ensures our exclusive vibe and the safety of everyone.

Our Policies: Late Arrivals To ensure the promptness of all reservations, we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time.

For your convenience, EmbellishU accepts gratuities in the form of cash as of January 1, 2017. 

Our Policies: Children

Children are not permitted in the salon due to the one-on-one experience I try to create for my guests. They will be left unattended for long periods of time. Most drawers contain sharp objects and chemicals that could be potentially dangerous to unsuspecting children. Please make arrangements for your children prior to your appointment.

Our Policies: Redo

EmbellishU stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week from the date of service.

Our Policies: Payment EmbellishU Accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, and cash for payment of services and products.

Our Policies: Returns/Refunds

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.

EmbellishU proudly stands behind all its products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at EmbellishU, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within ten days from the date of purchase.

Our Policies: Salon / Spa Packages

Packages are non-transferable. Individual services within a package may not be modified or substituted.

Our Policies: Gift Certificates Gift Certificates/Gift Cards are non-refundable.
