Summer Bliss Ball

Happy Summer! Always on the go and no time to stop for a healthy snack? Well, I have you covered.  Bliss balls are a perfect snack that's raw, gluten free and vegan.  Make them in a large batch so you'll always be prepared for the week.  The ingredients aren't just healthy but specifically almond butter promotes flawless skin! Almond butter contains Vitamin E, which is key in healthy skin. 

Ingredients (Try to use all organic if possible):

  • 20 Dates
  • 1 cup of Almond Butter
  • 4 tablespoons of chia
  • 3-4 tablespoons of cacao 
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla

Step 1:

Blend dates till broken into small pieces 

Step 2: 

Add 1 cup of almond butter & blend

Step 3:

Add cacao, chia & vanilla. Blend and then Roll into small bite size balls!!

Step 4: 


These are the best treats, and so healthy, keep your skin glowing, and keep you toned at the same time. Great treat when you want something sweet but don't want junk food!!
